• Property Listings & Requirements: Property photos, walkthrough video reels, rent amount, security deposit, address, latitude/longitude, amenities, and host contact details.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise and approximate GPS location to show nearby room listings, calculate distance, and match you with compatible roommates in your vicinity.
• Media & Video Intros: Profile photos, property photos, and 60-second video introductions uploaded by users, securely stored on cloud infrastructure (AWS S3).
• Activity & Usage: Smart match interactions, chat messages, credit transactions, service orders, and task submissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate our smart AI matching algorithm connecting seekers and hosts.
• To display verified property listings and roommate requirement cards.
• To facilitate direct reachouts, phone inquiries, and in-app chat conversations between matched parties.

• Private Information: Your precise live GPS coordinates, account security tokens, and internal credit ledger details are never exposed to other users. Phone numbers are only disclosed when a user unlocks a verified contact using in-app credits.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We use AWS S3 for secure media storage, Firebase/SMS gateways for OTP authentication, and Google Maps API for geolocation rendering. We never sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.
